1. How do I order a custom pet portrait?

Simply choose your size, upload a clear, high-quality photo of your pet and proceed to checkout. You can suggest a background for your painting, subject to complexity. After reviewing your options, complete your order, and I will get started on your custom piece!

2. What kind of photos work best for a portrait?

For the best results, I recommend using a high-resolution image where your pet’s face and features are clearly visible. Natural lighting and a photo taken at eye level with your pet will provide the most detail for an accurate and lifelike portrait.

3. How long does it take to receive my portrait?

My typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the time of your order. However, this may vary depending on the style and complexity of the artwork, as well as the current order volume. 

4. Can I make changes to my order once it’s placed?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, I may have already started on your portrait, and changes may not be possible.

5. What materials are the portraits created with?

The portraits are made using high-quality non-toxic acrylic paints on flat white canvas or wooden ornaments. This ensures your portrait remains vibrant and beautiful for years to come. The canvas size will be listed on the information below the specified product.

6. Do you only create portraits of dogs?

No! I can create portraits of any pet, including birds, rabbits, horses, reptiles, or even more exotic animals. Just provide me with a good quality photo, and I will handle the rest!

7. What if I’m not happy with my portrait?

I want you to love your portrait! Before sending off your painting, I’ll email you for final approval. You’ll have three days to reply and request any adjustments. If I don’t hear back within that time, your portrait will be shipped as is. Please note that, due to the custom nature of these portraits, returns and refunds are generally not available once the final piece is approved and delivered.

8. If a product is sold out, how long will it be before they are back in stock?

If a product you’re interested in is currently sold out, please reach out via the contact page to inquire about restock timing. I may be able to work with you to find a timeframe that meets your needs.

9. Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately, I only deliver within the UK. If an order is placed from outside the UK, I will contact you and issue a refund.
